Dear Lily,

I just purchased your products on Sunday. It is now Thursday and I am really excited that I may have finally - after years of trying different products- found 'The One'! Your representative, Letty, was at the Colfax Vitamin Cottage. She asked if I had time to listen to her, and I did. She told me about your products, put the 7 oils and then the Sensitive moisturizer on my hand. Well, of course that hand looked moister. A no brainer. My litmus test is how it feels on my face. So I did the same thing on my face. It felt nice, not too oily, and my skin sucked it up. Now, I have tried many different brands of natural potions. I have even made many of my own. (And they are very nice, if I do say so myself.) But, lazy one that I am, and in need of new lotions, I decided to give yours a try. Letty was very persuasive. And when she told me that she smoked for many years,(not anymore) and what your products did for her - very nice skin - I caved. I purchased the kukui nut oil and the sensitive skin moisturizer. She gave me a free bottle of Moisture Mist. By the time I got home my skin actually looked better! I used the oil and moisturizer that night and my skin looked even better in the morning. I took the oil and the mist to work. I had just got over a cold and my nose was very chapped. Throughout the day I misted and put oil on my nose, and occasionally on my cheeks. My skin was really sucking it up. By the time I got home my nose was nearly healed and my skin looked really good. I went back on Tuesday to Vitamin Cottage and got the 7 oils, the nourishing cleanser and the enzyme mask. I have had so much fun playing with the new stuff. But the real fun comes in seeing such an amazing change in my skin over such a short time. I know that you say to wait 30 days to fully appreciate the results. My birthday is the 28th. I will be 51. But my skin will look like 30 if it keeps improving the way it has this week.

So, I just couldn't wait the 30 days to say thank you. And my thanks to Letty also. Please tell her that I am the one that talked about henna with her. She also pointed out that the shampoo I was using had chemicals in it. When I bought it I didn't have my glasses, took the salesperson for her recommendation, and never checked further. So a big thank you for that, Letty! I learned a big lesson!

I will let you know how stunning I look after the full 30 days.

Nice to speak to you on the phone. You guys are great to stand behind your products. As I said, I will check your website again and see what else I could order to serve my purpose that doesn't have the soy. I love my stand-by, Organic Moisturizing Cream. Seven years ago my sister passed away.  She was supposed to visit her daughter in Denver but never made it.  My niece asked me to visit in her  place.  We both cried and reminisced and then decided to go shopping. I just wanted to let you know how much I LOVE the Lily products you sent for the fair (and very generously said I could keep). All of the products glide on like silk and are so concentrated that just a little bit does the trick. It could be my enthusiastic perception, but my skin really does look younger already.

P.S. I will get your copies of the current issue in the mail to you in the next couple of days. I hope you are thinking positively about an article for the Nov/Dec issue that will encourage customers to create "Lily Baskets" for holiday gifts. These products are the absolute best and they would make awesome gifts. In fact, if I had ever received some of your products as a gift previously, I would have become a lifelong customer, as I will be from now on!


Lily, I was in Vitamin Cottage trying to figure out what on earth to use on my hair. I am 43 and in the last year or so have developed this ridiculous allergy to everything I put on my scalp. No matter what they claim on the the label I itch, scratch, peel and flake like a mad- woman. I have tried everything from very top of the line $45.oo per bottle shampoo to suave, trying to find anything that would work.

I started researching what on earth could be causing the irritation. The more I researched the more concerned that I got about what I was putting on my skin in the shower. I am very careful about the food we eat and I even own a company that makes all natural dog food, so researching the safety of everything that goes into our bodies and our pets bodies is part of my daily life. I was SHOCKED to find out the chemicals and side effects of what I was putting on my skin. I never made the connection between putting in on my skin and it traveling into my body. I went into Vitamin Cottage in Parker Colorado and spoke with Letty who was amazing. She introduced me to your products and I am thrilled with how things have turned around. I am using the Kikui nut and the lavender cream. It is really giving me the moisture that I had been searching for at the cosmetic counters' at Nordstroms at three times the price. My skin isn't feeling tight or dry any longer. The dry completely dehydrated areas of my face that I could see in the mirror (especially in the summer when I am doing the farmers markets circuit and am in the sun all day) are gone in just a few days of use!

I am now reading every label religiously and will never go back to putting all that nasty stuff on me or in me! I am even now starting to formulate some shampoo for one of my dogs that has really severe skin allergies. Nothing has worked in the past and I no longer trust anything that I find at the vet's office or pet store. We will find a way to get her to stop scratching herself raw. We have worked on it from the inside, now I am going to start working on it from the outside.

Lastly, I am thrilled that you are a local Colorado company and that by using your products I am supporting local growers and businesses.

I purchased a Sample Kit from health food store in Avon Colorado when I was visiting November 2007. It is the only product I can use without skin irritation, and I have tried them all. I am 56 years old. I made it through the teen years without any major acne difficulties but menopause is causing me to have skin difficulties. Just my luck; wrinkles and acne! I am thrilled to have found something that is simple to use (3 steps instead of 5 or 6)and I love the herbal aroma.

Hi, I heard about you from a Health Food store in Palm Beach Gardens, Fl. Nutrition World. I have been faithfully using nothing else on my skin since then (years and years.....4 kids ago!!). They don't carry it any more because it spoils too easily. That's what sealed the deal for me! I don't mind the extra money and time it takes. I'm 44, been in the Fl. sun way too long (in my youth) had kids in my 40's but I get compliments on the quality of my skin. By no means is it without damage or model quality.
